Each week we’ll be giving you a theme that you can submit a photo for, and we’ll choose our favourite to be featured on the Nature TTL website. Participating in these assignments will be a great way for you to force yourself to push the boundaries of your photography and improve together as a community on the website.

Week 225:

Our theme this week is Spring Wildlife. We want to see your photos of wildlife in spring! Think migrant visitors, recently emerged insects, breeding birds, and spawning frogs. We can’t wait to see what you photograph!

Please keep images under 2MB in size otherwise you may have difficulty uploading them.

Please enter no more than 3 photos per week
Please only enter photos taken within the week of the assignment

Last week’s theme was Macro Photography – and our favourite image this week is:

This week’s winner is by Tim J Nicol. “Blending In”, a macro shot of a small lizard (around 10,16cm) in Bunnell, FL. It was taken with a Nikon D850 and a Tamron 90mm macro lens, with on camera flash and a small softbox. Great work Tim, we love the way you’ve highlighted the awesome camouflage adaptation.
